Recently, there were two sessions of wine tastings featuring the champagnes of Champagne House, Champagne Devaux and fine Italian wines of Gianni Gagliardo.
Co-organised between Denise the Wine Shop and Red and White International, Jeremie Oudin and I had the pleasure of walking through both these sessions of wine tastings.
Not just a wine tasting session, pointers were given on the correct opening techniques for Champagne and wine bottles.
